At Puramguru Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering quality Ayurvedic products to our customers. If there is any issue with your order, please review the return and refund conditions below.
Damaged Product During Delivery
If your order is delivered in a damaged or broken condition, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Kindly take clear photos of the damaged parcel and the product and send them to our support email. While accepting the delivery from the courier partner, please also mention that the package was received in a damaged condition.
The product should remain unused and in its original packaging. After reviewing the details, our team will arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.
Incorrect or Defective Product
If you receive a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share photos of the product and the packaging with our support team.
Once the issue is confirmed, we may arrange for the item to be returned to us. After the product reaches our facility and passes the inspection process, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
Conditions for Returns
• The product must be unused and sealed in its original packaging.
• The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Returns without valid proof or outside the allowed time period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, used, or if the customer simply does not prefer the product after purchase.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and verified by our team, the refund will be processed. Refunds are usually completed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method.
